Your three hours of monthly support can be used for website updates, improvements and ongoing assistance. Please note that any unused hours do not roll over to the following month.

Your domain always remains registered in your name. I'll help with DNS settings and renewals, with domain registration and renewal costs billed separately. - Monthly support allowance:
Personal Website Manager includes up to three hours of updates and improvements per month, in addition to routine maintenance. Unused hours don't roll over. - Additional work:
Website amendments are charged at £40/hour, while bespoke development and custom functionality are charged at £50/hour. Larger projects are quoted separately. - No surprises:
I'll always discuss additional work and costs with you before proceeding. - Flexible monthly plans:
No long-term contracts. Both packages run on a rolling monthly basis with just one month's written notice if you wish to cancel.

Why does my WordPress website need ongoing maintenance?
WordPress websites need regular updates and maintenance to remain secure, reliable and running smoothly. Keeping WordPress, themes and plugins up to date helps reduce security risks, prevent compatibility issues and maintain performance.
With my management packages, I'll take care of the technical side so you can concentrate on running your business.
What's the difference between the two management plans?
WordPress Website Care (£45/month) covers the essentials, including managed hosting, WordPress updates, backups, security monitoring and ongoing technical maintenance.
Personal Website Manager (£125/month) includes everything in Website Care, plus up to three hours each month for content updates, small design improvements, troubleshooting and other website changes.
It's ideal if you'd like someone to actively look after and improve your website.
What if I need more than three hours of support in a month?
If you need a little extra help, that's absolutely fine! Any additional website updates or amendments are charged at £40 per hour, while bespoke development or custom functionality is charged at £50 per hour. I'll always discuss any additional work and costs with you beforehand, so there are no unexpected charges.
Is website hosting and domain management included?
Yes! Both packages include managed WordPress hosting and domain management, including help with DNS settings and renewals.
Your domain name will always remain registered in your name, so you retain full ownership. Domain registration and renewal fees are charged separately.
Can you manage a WordPress website you didn't build?
Absolutely! I'm happy to look after existing WordPress websites, even if they were originally developed by someone else.
I'll carry out an initial review to check the website's setup, hosting requirements and overall condition before getting started.
What if I need website changes or additional development?
If you're on the Personal Website Manager package, you have up to three hours each month for website changes and improvements, alongside your routine maintenance.
If you're on Website Care, or need work beyond your monthly allowance, additional amendments are charged at £40/hour. Bespoke development and custom functionality are charged at £50/hour.
I'll always discuss the work and costs with you before proceeding. Unused monthly hours don't roll over.
Am I tied into a long-term contract?
Not at all! Both of my WordPress management packages work on a rolling monthly basis, so you're not tied into a long-term contract.
If you decide to cancel, all I ask is for one month's written notice. This gives us time to arrange a smooth handover of your website and hosting if you're moving to another provider.
Your website content and domain remain yours, and I'll be happy to help make the transition as straightforward as possible.
