Frequently Asked Questions
A few things you might be wondering.
Every website project is a little different, but there are a few questions that come up regularly. Here are some helpful answers to get you started.
How much does a website cost?
Every website is different, so the cost depends on what you need. I offer WordPress and Squarespace website design, along with bespoke development and ongoing website management.
You'll find guide prices on the individual service pages, and I'll always provide a clear quote before any work begins.
How long does it take to build a website?
That depends on the size and complexity of the project, along with how quickly content and feedback are available.
Once we've discussed your requirements, I'll give you a realistic timescale and keep you updated throughout the process.
Should I choose WordPress or Squarespace?
Both are excellent options, but the right choice depends on what your website needs to do.
WordPress offers greater flexibility for more complex websites and custom functionality, while Squarespace can be a great fit for a straightforward, easy-to-manage website.
I'll help you decide which platform best suits your business.
Can you help with an existing website?
Absolutely! You don't necessarily need a completely new website.
I can help with updates, improvements, additional functionality and ongoing support for existing websites, depending on the platform and what's required.
Do you offer website hosting and ongoing support?
Yes. I can help with website hosting, ongoing management and support, including WordPress updates, maintenance and technical assistance.
Whether you need occasional help or someone to look after your website regularly, we can discuss an arrangement that suits your business.
What happens after my website goes live?
Launching your website doesn't have to be the end of our working relationship.
I'm happy to help with future updates, improvements and additional development, or we can arrange ongoing website management if you'd prefer someone to look after things for you.
